This platform ensures the connection of systems and enables the acceleration and improvement of the work of the customer center. Sprinx CRM 7 is connected to the SAP system and other supporting external systems, such as service center tools, global e-shop, IBM Lotus Notes, Cisco IP telephony, Knowledge base system (goods catalogs with exact product parameters) and the MyOLYMPUS community network.
